Note:

Having come to some level of ability to be in the midst of chaotic environments and center, I begin to feel as though chaotic and peaceful environments are much the same, with the larger part of what qualifies as 'distractions' being the internal pointings and dialogs, the level of which isn't really affected by what is going on 'around'.
